I would personally like to see more active members on the forum, posting things about what they have done through the day regarding LS-CSS. This inactivity on the forum will ultimately lead to our downfall (believe me, I have been there). So please, get posting!

Unfortunately yes, but look at the Faction Forums, there might be a very cool old legal faction coming back.

Do I have to re-apply for Atlas? Or can all the old guys just join in?

Well I spoke with Christopher, and he is looking for people to help him restart Atlas. But he didn't reply me.

PM "Anon" on the LSRP forum and tell him you want to help restart Atlas, and if he doesn't want to, the few of us can do it alone.
